Topic: Improve the Web Site
Improve the OGC Website to highlight the main standards more prominently versus the extensions, with stats on implementations.
It is hard to find what the most relevant standards are. The list of standards does not discriminate between main standards and extensions/versions, nor does it indicate
which are the most used standards. There are only a dozen or so main standards. The list might be organized as such.
The reference model document includes an overview. This should be more prominent in a web page form. The name did not lead me to think it includes an overview.
Each main standard should have a landing page with an overview and referring to different versions and extensions. The domain pages, accessible from the home page,
should link to the landing pages in their overview of relevant standards.
Statistics about which standards are implemented the most would be useful.
Cookbooks are only found on the 'Implementations' page. They should be on the landing page of the related standard.

Discussion
What is being described here is very similar to a proposal to provide descriptions of OGC standards according to a fixed template, likely very similar to the successful OSGeo-Live project, which provides 1 page Project Overviews for the 50 odd Geospatial Open Source projects. (These Project Overviews are now being translated by volunteers into over 10 languages).
