[JUN 2011] Publish candidate O&M profile for Meteorology - exploiting the modular profiling mechanisms to support cross-domain interoperability

• Issues to be resolved:
  • 0001 Define policy identifying when a data-processing event can be considered an observation EVENT (as defined by ISO/DIS19156 O&M)

WORK IN PROGRESS

–Include guidance on how O&M coverage results are expressed via WCS2.0*

•How do the Observation semantics influence the Web Coverage Service operation?

–Include ‘beta’ version of phenomena model

•Enable WMO controlled vocabularies to be published
