Action Plan

a poll will issued re: preferences for a face-to-face meeting. Some possibilities include:
- OGC Frascati (23-27 Sept 2013)
- GSA Denver (27-30 Oct 2013)
next steps: the focus of activity will be to reach agreement on the definitions for the May meeting
- the entity list will be partitioned thematicaly, and each partition will be led by an individual (tbd)
- results and as much discussion as possbile to be recorded on the wiki
