Booth

The CCIP will have :

- Two 3mx2m booths - (Booth 17 & 18 have been allocated for the CCIP)

- Three (3) computer display modules for the duration of the conference

- One (1) 106cm plasma screen and plasma stand for the duration of the Conference

- One 6m (w) x 1m (h) graphic panel positioned across the back wall of the booth acknowledging sponsors of the CCIP with full colour logos.

- One standing banner (1m (w) x 2m (h)) to acknowledge OGC as organizer of CCIP (OGC to provide graphic design work, text and logos).

- Security - 24-hour security is provided for the duration of the conference.

Please ensure your couriers know that they MUST deliver without a signature. For liability reasons neither arinex, the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, nor Agility Fairs & Events will accept responsibility for such deliveries.

DHL/FEDEX Deliveries: If sending small items (e.g. brochures) via DHL or FEDEX you MUST ensure all duties and taxes DPP (Delivery Duty Paid) are prepaid, otherwise, your items will be held up in customs and will not be delivered on time. Please also ensure exhibition staff have copies of consignment (i.e. forward a copy to Raj Singh <rsingh@opengeospatial.org>).
