1. Approval of the minutes of the last meeting (held on 9th January)

2. Status of the QoE Discussion Paper

• DWG email vote for the Motion to recommend TC release ended on 23rd Jan with no objections
• TC email vote for approving the release of the paper started on Mon 12th February, will end on 26th February
• No required DWG actions foreseen at the Orleáns TC

3. Work topic progress & status

• Survey for the most useful QoS metrics (Michael Gordon)
• OGC Best Practice for providing QoS metadata for OGC Web Services (Ilkka Rinne)

4. DWG meeting in March in Orléans, France

QoSE DWG will meet at the Orléans TC on Wed 21st March at 3:15 PM - 4:45 PM CET.

• QoE Discussion Paper and the Testbed 14 activities (Cindy Mitchell)
