Comment The Department of Defense (DoD) Military Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Executive Board (MC4EB) has an established Standard Spectrum Resource Format (SSRF / MC4EB Publication 8) spectrum data exchange standard (current version is 3.1) that has been coordinated with the NATO Spectrum Management Automated Data Exchange Format (SMADEF) exchange standard (current version is 4.0), for frequency assignment and equipment certification process.
