Formation / First meeting

Following advertising of the SWG's charter and receiving comments the SWG held its first meeting on Thursday 14 August anf the Hydrology Domain Working Group, CCNY.

Nominations were received and accepted as below:

Attendees: Matt Fry, Brian Gouge, Michael Natschke, Paul Sheahan.

1. The SWG reviewed the activity schedule, understanding that : SWG prepares candidate standard for vote for public release. 2014 December
2. Discussion on the use of range values and equations.
   1. Paul to write up issue for SWG to consider
3. Meetings to be held as required via telecon.
   1. Depending on the issues, a whole of SWG meeting may be held or the topic may be discussed in time zone sympathetic groups.
4. A SWG issues and decisions register will be established.
