This study is part of the process of developing a Pilot Initiative for Water Information Services. An outcome of the CD study will be an Engineering Report that will be a basis for the architecture in the Pilot. Working currently with D. Maidment and OGC staff to develop a Call for Sponsors for the Pilot initiative; anticipating that the Draft ER and the CFS will be issued before Bonn.
