- V: Vocabularies for organizing Citizen Science projects Rob Atkinson - http://external.opengeospatial.org/twiki_public/CitSciIE/PublishingDefs
- New GitHub repository of the Public Participation in Scientific Research (PPSR) core that will become the only official source. ECSA initiative will connect with it.
- It will include JSON Schema.
- OGC is offering the Naming Authority platform to formally encode other vocabularies. It could also include quality terms. OGC could maintain the list of concepts necessary for the Earth Challenge 2020 and beyond.
- There is work on a extension of ECSA model for data modeling.
- Action: maps the Peter Brenton et al. list of quality measures (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B1_Yqzq0uKlubXqilWN7rxe5XFIu-aLxLokzQIABv5Y/edit#gid=846051080) with QualityML to make a gap analysis. Both have Global IDs
- Action: Peter will write a section on the status of the PPSR and Luigi or Lucy (and Friederike) could report on the ECSA evolution of it.

- New service for the AirHack project and will present at the EGU:
- Andy and Joan will play with it an report.
- Joan presents the improvements in speed by using JSON encodings instead of the official XML. We need a JSON extension for SOS in OGC.
- Maria what to know were the encoding comes from. A clarification on the "non-officiality" of the JSON encoding is done. 52N and CREAF encodings look similar but not identical.
